To ensure fairness to all clients and to protect our scheduling availability, the following policy applies to all appointments:
Cancellations
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. The deposit will not be refunded or transferred.
No-Shows
Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without notice (“no-shows”) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. Any deposit already paid will be applied toward the balance due.
Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule their appointment without penalty when providing at least 48 hours’ notice.
However, excessive rescheduling negatively impacts our business and prevents other clients from booking available appointment times.
If the same appointment is rescheduled more than three (3) times:
The original deposit will be forfeited and retained by our business.
A new deposit will be required before another appointment can be scheduled.
The new deposit is subject to all terms of this policy.
Agreement
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
